Delivery 

Free local delivery – If you live in Saltaire, Shipley, Bingley, Cottingley, Harden, Wilsden, school delivery/drop off is free on certain days, check our social media to see when we are delivering 

All other orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class to keep down the cost of postage for you, as the parcels are heavy! If you are in a rush and need them sooner, just get in touch and we can discuss other options. 

 

No PayPal, no worries 

If you don't have a PayPal account, just let me know and I can arrange payment by bank transfer. 

 

Paypal - Our sharpgraphics business account 

PayPal’s Buyer Protection programme entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any, when you don’t receive your item from a seller, or when you receive an item, but the item isn’t what you ordered. 
 

Returns 

We are unable to accept returns, however if there is a problem with your order do get in touch.
